A Positive Body Change in 2013

It's time to make that Decision!

At midnight on Dec. 31, 2012 you decide you are going to make that
Resolution. Stop! Not just a Resolution but that DECISION!

Resolutions never stick.

But if you make a Decision then that is what's going to Stick!

So on Jan. 1, 2013 you have now decided that this is the time to make
some Positive Changes!

Remember take small steps. The first thing you want to do on this day
is to write down your Goals. Simple Goals that you know you can accomplish.

One of those Goals is to make that Positive Body Change. That will be both mental and physical. Now you already took one step towards the mental... You have Decided to do something. That is Great.

Many times doing something alone takes a good amount of energy. That energy is the thought process of making yourself do something... like get up, get out of the house, get to the gym, etc. You may want to do this with your spouse, a family member or a friend.

Also the next best thing is a Personal Trainer, like myself. The trainer is there to help you and your goal! The trainer will also help keep you working to achieve your goal... that Positive Body Change.

Look for a trainer that has a good amount of experience and you feel
comfortable with. Every personalized trainer has their own way of working out. Find out what, and if it's right for you.

I own a full free-weight gym and all new clients start off light and build from there. The workouts are different each time and tailored to the client. The workout schedule is 3 times per week, every other day.
